We offer our customers a different coffee experience as we roast our coffee beans exclusively over a fire fueled by Oak & Hickory Wood. Following an old-world design, we built our own roaster back in 2012 and have been churning out coffee ever since. In 2022 we added a custom built Italian 10 kg Wood Fire Roaster to our operation and are constantly perfecting our craft.

About Wood Roasted Coffee: The flavor differences are not what one might initially expect. Unlike cooking with a wood oven or grill, where the smoke from the wood imparts a flavor to the final product, the main difference between wood and conventional roasting lies in the quality of the heat delivered to the beans. Heat derived from wood has higher moisture content and is better suited for roasting. This heat allows for more oil to be preserved in each bean which means more flavor in the cup. Each batch we roast is carefully watched with no other supplemental heat or temperature control, producing a truly artisanal coffee.
